Our own store, on the full stack
TOSSIT is our own store and our first customer. Here is some of what changed when we moved it onto Ultim Suite.
The starting point
We built Ultim Suite because we needed it. TOSSIT is our own store, and it ran on the same overpriced, disconnected tools everyone else uses before it moved onto the stack we built for ourselves.
What changed
On the warehouse floor, an operator went from preparing 12 orders an hour to 34, with no packing line, no taping machine, and no automation, just a better layout and pick sequence.
On tracking, once the sales events were ours to report, Meta could see 5 to 6 times more of them, and in some months 10 times more, so we stopped advertising blind.
In the back office, export documents that took a supplier 4 to 5 hours now generate themselves, and the check against the original order went from an hour to nothing.
